The SYNPER TEAM Program is designed to raise awareness on the pillars of team performance, help you analyze how things are currently working in your team, and then identify the next steps to take in order to guide your team towards increased synergy, performance and achieving expected results.
This program is inspired by PERILL – a complex team coaching model of Professor David Clutterbuck, a world-class guru in Team Coaching. His model is based on his extensive experience and research in the field of team coaching – which spanned over 25 years – and explores the six most significant aspects of team function that underpin performance:
- Purpose and motivation
- Systems and processes relating to external stakeholders
- Relationships
- Systems and processes relating to internal functions
- Learning
- Leadership
SYNPER TEAM focuses on a systemic approach to team performance. Think of this performance like a chair, and if a leg is missing or not long enough, you won't be able to sit safely on it. In fact, at the slightest imbalance you are thrown to the floor.
The program includes both group meetings and one-on-one meetings. During group meetings we will talk about the impact of each pillar on your team's performance and ways to address the challenges you face. Then, during one-on-one meetings, we'll address your specific challenges, help you gain more clarity and identify ways to improve synergy and performance that work for your team.
Group meetings include lots of sharing and give you a great opportunity to enrich yourself with the valuable insights and perspectives of other fellow leaders who have experienced challenges similar to yours! You will learn from people who have already been there or are facing the same difficulties as you.
Program duration: 6 months
- 6 × Group meetings × 2h each / 1 per month
- 6 × Individual meetings × 1h each / 1 per month
When we meet?
The exact timing for each group meeting to be released after registration and agreed with the attendants. The schedule for the monthly individual meetings to be agreed between parties. All meetings are ONLINE.
